AT RISK DEPARTMENT
Our At Risk department which caters exclusively for the most vulnerable clients reinforces our ability to provide continuous care to this category of clients in a well synchronized manner.
Based on validated and time tested indicators, we place into this class, clients who have been screened and for whom adequate back-up plans have been put in place to ensure that in case of sudden break in service, stand by care givers are mobilized within four (4) hours.
Operated on an online basis, this department is constantly monitored and evaluated through monthly review of all cases by an inspectorate team that is multi-skilled and experienced.
To ensure an all-time accessibility of service, our local and central offices are open during normal business hours (9.00am to 5.00pm) while in the late afternoons, evenings and weekends a toll free number is available and can be accessed online by clicking on CONTACT US. Adequate fall-back arrangements including recourse to 911 have been perfected and can be activated as occasion may demand.
