Chesterfield At-Risk Services
Our At Risk department which caters exclusively to the most vulnerable clients. It specializes in providing well synchronized and continuous care to those with the greatest need.
Clients served by the At Risk department are those who must have continuous or near continuous care. For these clients, we create back-up plans that ensure that every assigned caregiver has backups on standby that can be mobilized in four hours or less.
This department is constantly monitored, and a monthly review of all cases is performed by a skilled and experienced inspection team.
