The mission of Enhanced Companionship Services is to promote self-worthiness, self-respect, and valued participation within the community.
Our Enhanced Companionship Services is a professionally managed agency providing a wide variety of non-medical services to the elderly and physically challenged. We offer friendship and practical assistance that enable older adults and the physically challenged to remain active within their community. Our Companions receive ongoing training and are carefully instructed on the support and special requirements of each individual and family.

After assessing the interests and likes of the customer Chesterfield will match him/her with a Companionship Aide that is close to their age and through the Aides skills, expertise, or connections that are of particular interest to the customer.
The Aide will work directly with the customer and families, identifying needs and developing strategies to improve day-to-day functioning. If the customer has a tailored support plan by a therapist then the Aide will work with the team and support customers' individualized plan.
