Our caregivers are Chesterfield's strength. Each is carefully screened and specially trained in long-term care management. They must be trustworthy and dependable, and each is duly licensed and meets or exceeds all statutory requirements. In addition, we require that each receive custom cross-cultural and diversity training, so they can best serve a diverse clientele.
Our team of dedicated staff includes Registered Nurses, Licensed Practial Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Registered Nursing Assistant, and Personal Care Aides. Our caregivers make a difference in our clients' lives by combing the highest standards of care and attention to detail with warm companionship.

Our supervisors and Home Care Aides speak English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, several Eastern European, African and other languages, allowing easy communication with our clients.
